Appointment Deposit & Cancellation Policy
To secure an appointment, all new patients are required to pay a £20 deposit at the time of booking.
This deposit is non-refundable if the appointment is cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice.
For existing patients, cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a late cancellation fee of 50% of the appointment cost.
Please arrive on time for your appointment. Patients who arrive late may need to be rescheduled, as this can affect the time available for treatment and other booked appointments.

We collect and process personal and special category data, including medical history, address, and contact number, where necessary for the provision of healthcare services. This information is processed under Article 6(1)(c) and Article 9(2)(h) of UK GDPR for the purposes of medical diagnosis, treatment, and the management of health and care services.
