We value your time and want to ensure that everyone receives the best care possible. Here's a helpful reminder about our Attendance Policy: 

Cancellation/Rescheduling: Please provide a minimum of 24 hours notice to avoid a charge of 50% of your appointment cost or 100% of your £20 deposit if you are a new patient. 

Running Late? If you're more than 10 minutes late, we can't guarantee a full treatment. Partial treatment may be provided, but make sure to discuss this with your podiatrist. 

Exceptional Circumstances: We understand that life happens! If you need to cancel or reschedule outside the notice period due to exceptional circumstances, please reach out to us.
